If you are a guy involved in a pregnancy and want to talk guy-to-guy with someone, we invite you to visit any one of our First Care Pregnancy Centers. Our Men's Services Coordinator or a trained male volunteer would be happy to meet with you to listen to your concerns about your involvement in a possible pregnancy. You can expect to receive information on all of your options, how your decision will impact you and the birth mother, birth father rights and responsibilities, and more. We believe that a potential father's support in the pregnancy is critical for both the mother and the baby. Our goal is to listen well and to encourage you to make a choice you can live with for the rest of your life.
If you are a father, or will be one soon, we offer classes specifically geared toward fathers. One seminar, titled Doctor Dad is for new or soon-to-be dads, and covers the essentials of caring for your newborn. Our other seminar, 24/7 Dad, is for fathers with children of all ages. Both seminars use a Christian-based curriculum for Christians and non-Christians. The classes are fun and casual leaving plenty of time for questions.
