It’s easy. It’s meaningful. It’s fun. Most importantly, your participation will make a difference for life!
Register as a walker or runner and raise pledges to support life. All of the funds you raise will provide FREE life-saving services to thousands of women, men, and children in the Twin Cities Metro area each year.8:00 a.m. Registration
9:00 a.m. 5k Begins (self-timed fun run)
9:45 a.m. Kids Race (.25 or 1 mile option. All ages welcome.)
10:00 a.m. Celebrating 40 years
10:15 a.m. Walk Begins (1 lap around Lake Nokomis, 2.5 miles)
11:00 a.m. Famous Daves BBQ (must prepay $5 per person)
